Perl 5.12 Arrives

Perl 5.12 has arrived and so have wxPerl PPMs for this latest version of Perl. The repository now supports Wx PPMs for:

Windows:
Perl 5.12 32 bit
Perl 5.10 32 bit
Perl 5.8  32 bit
Perl 5.12 64 bit
Perl 5.10 64 bit

Linux:
Perl 5.12 32 bit
Perl 5.10 32 bit
Perl 5.8  32 bit
Perl 5.12 64 bit
Perl 5.10 64 bit

MacOSX
Perl 5.12 universal
Perl 5.10 universal
Perl 5.8  universal

I had been thinking about dropping builds for Perl 5.8 but a review of the download logs show that it is still by far the most popular platform for Wx PPM users.
